Method 1:- Must restart the computer, printer & router:-
You need to restart the computer, printer, and router to solve any technical problems during the printer setup.
  1.       Unplug the power cable from the router.
  2.       Turn off the printer.
  3.     You need to close all running programs on your computer system including HP software installation window and shut down the computer system.
  4.       Reconnect the power cable to the router and wait for Internet activity light to show a normal connected status.
  5.       Turn on the printer.
  6.       Turn on the computer system.
  7.    Attempt to install HP driver and software again. If this method is not sufficient, you can take online technical guidance from online HP printer tech support team available round the clock.
Method 2:- Check correctly the network and printer connection status-
Confirm that your network is responding properly and that the printer is fully prepared for complete network setup.
1.       Make sure that the printer is fully prepared for the network setup.

·         Wireless network connection- Open settings menu or wireless network into the printing machine to confirm that wireless signal is turned on. Confirm that the light next to wireless Icon is either on or constant, or flashing.
·         Wired network connection- Check properly that the cord is plugged to the printer Ethernet port and to an easily available port on the router. The green link light must be ready and orange activity light must blink when the cord is connected.
2.       Confirm that your printing machine is not connected to a host network like those networks found in hotels, schools or home networks which permit guest logins.
3.       If you have a dual-band router, confirm that it is set to 2.4 GHz band. If your router is set the 5 GHz band, the printing device cannot connect to the network.
4.       On the computer system, mouse over the network button in the notification space to see the network name and status of the connection.

·         If the network displayed is not yours-you should reconnect to your own network to finish the printer set up.
·         If network signal strength is very weak- You should move the computer system and printer closer to the router.
·         If network status is not connected- Make sure that your network is working rightly, check carefully the status again. Confirm that a checkmark displays next to the network name.
·         If an Airplane icon shows, you need to click the Icon and slide the airplane mode slider to off, and then you need to connect to your wireless network.

5- Finally, you try to install the HP driver and software again. Still, if you are facing Printer not found during network driver set up errors, you should call at HP printer support number 1-855-461-5433 to get immediate technical support or help from experts.
